We are so excited to be planning our annual conference and to hopefully see you all again soon! 

More details to come, including agenda, conference registration link and fee, but here is the preliminary info to help with your planning.
Please share with colleagues who may be interested. Book rooms early!

Preliminary Agenda:

• Arrive Wed May 29 – registration early evening and informal reception
• Thur May 30, 8:30am-5:30pm presentations and meetings – breakfast, lunch and snacks provided (informal dinner and evening activities TBA)
• Fri May 31, 8:30am-5:30pm presentations and meetings – breakfast, lunch and snacks provided
• Check out/depart Fri May 31
• CAPT PDC May 31, June 1, June 2 in Niagara Falls ~45min to 1hr drive away

Hotel Reservations:

• Until April 29, 75 rooms are blocked/reserved for the corporate rate of $149 (plus HST/MAT taxes and parking) per hotel room, for May 29 and May 30 nights. 
• To reserve your rooms, email:  sales@waterfronthotelburlington.com  or call the hotel 905-681-5400, or toll free at 877-681-0767 (you must provide a credit card to reserve)
• You must also have the promo code to book, sent to members, email via the website to request

Hotel Reservation Notes:

• Rooms available: King Standard featuring 1 King Size bed with pull out couch OR Queen Standard Room
• max of 2 persons per room, additional persons will be $10 each to a max of 4
• Check in time: 3:00pm, Check out time: 11:00am, Hotel does not guarantee Early Check-In
• Rates include a Complimentary Breakfast, WI-FI, Indoor Pool, Fitness, and Business Centre
• PARKING:
• $15.00 + tax per vehicle / per day (rate subject to change without notice)
• Note: there is high compression in the City at this time of year, and parking may be directed to additional overflow parking areas

Travel from Airports:

• 45-60 min drive from Pearson Toronto airport (or 1.5 hours via public transit)
• 30-45 min drive from Munro Hamilton airport (or 1.5 hours via public transit)
