CPTEA Conference and AGM 2025

May 28, May 29 and May 30 in Kelowna, BC

• Group Room Rate will be ~$200 per night per room.

• If you are thinking of sharing a room with another CPTEA member to lower your costs – we will set up a “match-maker” to connect you.

 

Member Conference Fee: $250

Non-Member Conference Fee: $375

We are offering a live-event only, with the idea of recording the sessions for later viewing by members who could not attend.

 

Quick Overview:

• Wed May 28  - arrival in the afternoon – onsite event in the early evening
• Thur May 29 Day – sessions from 9am-5pm (breakfast, lunch and snacks provided)
• Thur May 29 Dinner and Evening – a selection of social events will be planned, at member’s expense
• Fri May 30 – sessions from 9am-5pm (breakfast, lunch and snacks provided)
• Fri May 30 – check out/depart
